Too much information?

Nowadays it's too easy to obtain information, just click, send an email, call, send a message on MSN, skype, etc., you get what ever information you need without having to leave your couch. News spreads fast of when someone stops their relationship with God, when someone is sad, happy, upset, strong, weak, angry, calm, and the only thing you have to do is go on Facebook — no need to leave your house to find all this information. But be careful! That's where danger lies... curiosity kills! Kills the spiritual life!

Lately I've been sifting out what I receive or try to find, sometimes it's things that show no danger (harmless), but... deep down is where the danger lies.

"The more information you receive, the more voices you hear... The more voices you hear, the less you hear God's voice." Let me make it clearer: When we listen to a lot of voices (information), we stop hearing God's voice.

You read someone's "insinuating" message on a social network and you think - "Is she talking about me?" A person sends out an email with one sentence or an article speaking in parables and you think — "What did I do? What is she trying to say?" And that's how the voices start inside of you, your thoughts speed up ahead of you concocting things that don't exist. What about God's voice? You lose It.

We must be very careful! Think! Why do I need to know about that? Or about that? Will it help me? Will that bring me down? Will it bless me?

When you ignore all that information, God's voice will become stronger and clearer for you. Learn to filter the information that will really add to your life.

One voice is enough!

"A servant that has the same characteristics as God does not only do His work, but overall, His will."
